This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later released.

Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault near the scene. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
